| 摘 要： | 百年不遇的灾害需要强大的应急物流体系来保证人民安全,今年3月11日日本本州岛发生的9.0级地震引发的一系列灾害,再次给我们敲响了警钟,让我们不得不对应急物流问题展开严肃深入的思考。首先分析了我国应急物流的现状,进而建立应急物流指挥体系、应急配送体系和应急配送策略来完善我国的应急物流体系,最后将理论与数学建模相结合起来,通过定性与定量分析解决应急物流实施面临的实际困难,以实现高效、准确、可靠的应急物资供应。
