| 摘 要： | 产业组织模式对企业创新行为产生重要的影响,传统外包制和模块化外包制同属于中间性企业共生模式,但两种组织模式中的企业与市场接触面、企业创新独立性和创新利益分配机制均有所不同,文章在分析差异性的基础上,提出了合理利用模块化外包制提高企业创新能力的政策建议,这包括促进产业集聚、建立风险投资基金制度以及明确分工、培养企业的核心竞争力.

| Abstract: | Industrial organization mode pose great influence on enterprise innovation behavior,although traditional out-sourcing and modularity out-sourcing both belong to the intermediate enterprise co-exist mode,but they have differences in enterprise-market contact,enterprise innovation independence and innovation benefit relocation mechanism.Based on the analysis on the difference,this paper proposes the policy of advancing enterprise innovation ability with modularity out-sourcing,which includes promoting industrial convergence,building risk investment fund and cultivating enterprise core competition capacity. |
