| 摘 要： | 由于民营中小企业是在特殊的体制环境下创业和成长起来的,使得它在产权制度、治理机制、组织制度及管理制度等方面具有一些先天性的制度缺陷.文章对民营中小企业的制度特征、制度缺陷进行了分析,提出了民营中小企业的制度创新措施,阐明了制度创新应注意的问题.随着完全市场经济的建立和完善,民营中小企业要从家族式的小企业发展成为现代化的大型企业,制度创新起着决定性的作用.

| Abstract: | Along with the establishing and perfecting of entire market economy,the institution innovation takes an important role in process that middle and small private enterprise turns into great modern enterprise.The characters and bugs of institution in middle and small private enterprise are analyzed,on the base of this,the notes in process of institution innovation and the innovation policies of institution in middle and small private enterprise are advanced. |
