| Abstract: | Technology Roadmap as a forward-looking method with the characteristics of flexibility,structuring and visualization is used widely in different management levels of enterprise, industry and state. On the basis of analyzing the process of enterprise strategic planning and the Technology Roadmap this article expounds a point of view that the Technology Roadmap is an effective method for the enterprises to develop strategic planning. |
