下岗职工再就业中的弱关系运用:强关系失效下的替代选择

摘    要:在中国,求职过程中的强关系运用被视为普遍适用的公理。在对下岗职工就业途径分析中却发现弱关系的运用,并且呈现出弱关系强度的趋势。这似乎与中国普遍使用的强关系假设相悖。本文旨在解释下岗职工再就业中存在的这一悖论,并进一步揭示出此悖论的实质:下岗职工再就业过程中的弱关系运用,其实质并不是弱关系,而是强关系失效下的替代选择。
