| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代,各国和地区都把发展高科技作为提高竞争力的主要手段,纷纷制定相应的战略措施加速高科技产业的发展。两岸自20世纪80年代以来,确立了各自高科技产业的分类标准,制定和实施了一系列高科技产业政策。经过十多年发展,两岸高科技产业已经各具规模和特色,在此进程中两岸在高科技产业上的合作也日益加深。

| Abstract: | With the development of the era of Knowledge-based Economy, different countries and regions make corresponding strategic measures on accelerating high technology industry, which is considered as the primary competitiveness-enhancing asset. Since 1980s, Chinese mainland and Taiwan have both established their own standard for classification and industrial policy of high technology industry. During over a decade of developing the two sides take on different scales and characters as well as enhance mutual cooperation in high technology industry. |
