| 摘 要： | 一个国家和民族的以人文精神为核心的文化力量是国运兴衰变化的核心力量.鸦片战争前后,中国经济总量占世界经济总量的比重下降到4%左右,失掉了世界第一超级经济大国的历史地位,其科技和经济发展前兴后衰的原因在于文化.文化力量与国运兴衰有内在关系,当代中国的科技和经济创新需要文化力量.

| Abstract: | The cultural force of a country and nation which centers on the humane spirit is the core force in the nation's destiny.After the Opium War,the proportion of China's GDP in the world's GDP had fallen by about 4 per cent,which caused us to lose the historic status of the greatest economic superpower.In the present age,technological and economic innovations in China also demand great cultural force. |
