| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to discuss an E-business logistics model that fits our country. Brings up the virtual logistics organizations model assumption. Explain the characteristics, motion model, flow and building steps, trys to analyse the status of our country's logistics industry and the possibility to develop virtual logistics organizations and the problems and the future. |
