"油公司"重组后企业标准现状及发展

“油公司”重组后，企业标准系统发生了相应变化，从而给企业标准管理工作带来了一系列的新问题、新挑战。通过对标准系统不统一、标准存在着严宽不均等问题的阐述和探讨，提出了包括建立标准制定、修订通报制度；产品标准应管理到位；积极采用国家、行业标准：加强标准管理，完善标准体系等新的企业标准管理模式和方法。

Enterprise Standards After the Reorganization of Oil Companies in China:Present Condition and Future Development

The changes in enterprise standards system arising from the reorganization of oil companies in China have posed a lot of new problems and challenges to the management of enterprise standards.By analyzing such problems as the discrepancy between different systems of standards and the disparity in strictness between standards,the new model and methods are proposed for the management of enterprise standards.They include the estab-lishment of circularizing system on the formulation and revision of standards,proper management of product standards,active adoption of national and professional standards,enhancement in standards management and perfection of standards system.
