超自然信仰与华人企业家决策——管理学视角的原因及影响因素探析

超自然信仰在华人企业家决策中是一种普遍存在且具有重要影响的现象，并很有可能成为国际管理学界新的华人企业家研究范式。综合国内外相关研究文献发现，民族文化、不确定性、群体压力、寻求心理抚慰、归因理论以及经济社会发展水平等因素是超自然信仰在企业家决策中应用的主要原因及影响因素。综合来看，超自然信仰是企业家基于外在文化和内在经验共同影响的，对未经证实的事物之间因果关系的相信。它是企业家应对不确定性的一种决策辅助机制。

Supernatural Belief in Chinese Entrepreneurs＇ Decision-making： an Exploratory Research in Management Perspective

As a kind of non-scientific behavior, supernatural belief is a common phenomenon in Chinese entrepreneurs＇ decision-making, and has a profound practical significance. It has also become a new paradigm in the research of Chinese entrepreneurs concerning especially the application of supernatural faith. With a review of the main views about superstitious belief in decision-making, the article focuses on the impact of culture, uncertainty, group pressure and economic and social factors on the application of supernatural faith. The article concludes that on the basis of the influence of internal experience and external culture, supernatural belief is about the unsubstantiated causal relationships between things. And it is a kind of assistant decision-making mechanism for the Chinese entrepreneurs to deal with uncertainties in their business and life.
