企业公共关系中的议题管理

摘    要:企业公共关系中议题管理是一种行动取向的组织管理功能,企图辨识可能影响组织的潜在议题或即将显现的议题(立法的、规范的、政治的、社会的),然后动员并协调组织资源,形成策略性以影响议题发展的过程。本文在对企业公共关系议题管理基础理论阐述的基础上,分析了企业公共关系议题管理的实施阶段和主要种类。

Abstract:Enterprise Public Relations that management is an action-oriented organization and management functions in an attempt to identify organizations that may affect the potential or imminent that the issues of (legislative, standardized, political and social), and then to mobilize and coordinate organizations resources and form strategic issues in order to influence the development process. In this paper, the enterprise issue management public relations on the basis of theory on the basis of analysis of the enterprise issue management public relations and the implementation phase of the main species.
