海产品中汞的快速检测研究

摘    要:本文建立了固体测汞仪测定海产品中汞含量的方法。样品通过热解使汞释放,通过金汞齐吸收汞蒸气,加热吹扫定量释放金汞齐吸收的汞,用冷原子吸收法测定。本方法采用土壤标准物质绘制标准曲线,方法回收率为81.3%-123%,相对标准偏差(n=10)为14.5%。采用本方法对鱼粉中汞进行测定,结果与微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定结果基本一致,略高于电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)的测定结果。固体进样技术避免了汞在样品消解过程中的损失,节约了分析时间和成本。

Abstract:The mercury content in seafoods was determined by direct mercury analysis.The mercury vapor was released by sample pyrolysis and absorbed by gold Amalgam.Then the quantitative mercury vapor was released from gold Amalgam by heated purge and then was determined by the cold atomic absorption spectrometry.The standard curve was plotted by mercury soil standard material,values of recovery and RSD's(n=10) of the method were found in the range of 81.3%~123% and 14.5%,respectively.The mercury in fishmeal was deter...
