摘    要:伴随着e时代的到来,传统企业经营管理模式面临着全方位的挑战,快速构建学习型企业是时代发展的必然选择。学习型企业通过建立共同愿景,改变心智模式,实现自我超越来体现激励效用,激励模式有其特殊性。研究e时代学习型企业激励模式是摆在理论界、企业界面前的一个重要课题。

Abstract:The approach of e-times has brought about great challenges to traditional business management patterns which results in an inevitable choice of quickly establishing learning-driven enterprise.vision to change mental patterns and realizing self-surpass,learning-driven enterprise accomplishes motivation utility,in which motivation patterns are of its characteristics.The research in this area has been regarded as an impertant task for both academic and entrepreneur circles.
