| 摘 要： | 高等院校发展继续教育是实现高校社会服务功能的内在要求。社会经济的发展要求高校的继续教育走特色化建设之路。"特色化"关键在于转变观念,内核在于"独特"与"出色",举措在于调整人才培养模式,整合资源,走产学研结合之路,激活机制。
