| 摘 要： | 当前高校新生存在精神忧郁，学习困惑，生活混乱，交际苦恼等不适应性。学校应采取全员动员、多管齐下、促安心，强化“三精神”、上好第一课、培养吃苦意识，党团共建、夯实基础、激发活力，健全组织、督导结合、暖人心等举措，以期对高校大学新生入学适应性教育工作有所创新。
