As China entered into WTO, the domestic financial market started its process to be open to the world. Relatively seaking, the categories of overseas financial tools are more than domestic, which surely have respective difference. The thesis is going to make a introduction of several main and popular financial tools from the view of domestic financial market. Since domestic market develops rapidly the author puts emphasis on analyzing the difference of various tools instead of describing the characteristic of domestic markets in order to raise his point of view in fetching in the related financial tools.
