| 摘 要： | 深化垄断行业改革是现阶段国有企业改革的主要内容,引入竞争机制是垄断行业改革的前提和关键。本文介绍了发生于世界范围内的垄断行业改革的技术经济背景,阐述了国外在垄断行业引入竞争机制的五种模式和路径,在此基础上介绍中国主要垄断行业改革的进程和竞争状况,最后指出了中国垄断行业的竞争模式选择。
