| 摘 要： | 铁路是内蒙古经济发展的“瓶颈”，加快铁路建设项目前期工作是加快铁路建设的关键。通过内蒙古经济形势及铁路建设存在问题分析，提出加快前期工作的思想、方法和措施等认识，使铁路建设项目前期工作得以依法、合规、高效推进。
