| Abstract: | The low effectiveness of utilization of water resources for agriculture in China is introduced.The existing problems in management of agricultural water supply are analyzed.Some countermeasures are put forward: establishment of water saving excitation mechanism,strengthening of water resources project management and improvement of agriculture industrialization. |
