| 摘 要： | 我国信用评价技术发展现状和水平,不仅远远落后于西方信用发达国家,而且远远滞后于国内蓬勃发展的信用建设事业的实践需要。通过中西方信用评价技术发展的逻辑比较以及与此相关的历史文化、社会条件和学术风格的差异分析,探索信用评价技术发展的规律,寻求我国发展落后的问题与原因,并借鉴西方成功的经验,提出我国信用评价技术健康发展的基本方略。
