新农村规划建设中生态环境保护对策探索——以北京市延庆县刘斌堡村为例

本文通过在北京市延庆县刘斌堡村的具体实践，对新农村规划建设中的村庄生态环境问题进行了探讨，并针对这些问题提出了建设新农村过程中保护生态环境问题的对策方法。希冀在新农村建设过程中，在提高农民生活水平的同时，利用技术来改善和恢复农村特有的农田生态环境，保护农村自身的生态价值和地域特色，避免建设就是破坏，使农村变为不伦不类的城市的建设。

The Predicament and Countermeasure of Eco-environment Protection of Constructing Socialist New Countryside

This paper deeply analysis the main problem of eco-environment of constructing new countryside. Based on the issues existing, the paper explores on the aspects including scarcity of water resource, water pollution, rubbish, aggravation of environmental pollution. On that basis, the paper proposes some essential countermeasures for the eco-environment construction of new countryside, including rainwater collection, disposal methods of sewage and rubbish, the renovation and reconstruction of old villages building, the protection of distinctive rural appearance of eco-environment and local culture.
