| Abstract: | Through using the theory of institutional change,this article seeks to study the government investment project management model.Such following problems are focused on: the major suppliers position of central government and local government during the government investment project management model changes,two ways of institutional change-induced change and forced change,importance of institutional change efficiency in the process of institutional innovation. |
