| 摘 要： | 高校后勤服务具有商品的基本属性 ,其社会化改革的实质是企业化、市场化。高校后勤服务实体必须建立产权清晰、权责明确、事企分开、管理科学的现代企业制度 ,其运行模式采用有限责任公司比较合适。
