摘    要:研究与开发围垦筑堤"土代石"新材料与新工艺,以土工袋技术为支撑,充分利用围垦区的开挖土及吹填的高含水量淤泥(质)土,代替砂石料等围垦筑堤的常规材料。同时,采用海砂、低温熟料水泥及共聚型 缩聚型复合减水剂,研发"土代石"围垦筑堤的防护材料。通过试验分析"土代石"新材料及其防护材料的工程特性,研发相应的施工新工艺,解决沿海开发中砂石料匮乏的技术难题,使海岸带环境得到一定的保护。

Development and application of new materials and construction technology for reclamation embankments

Abstract:New materials and technology for constructing embankments with soilbags are studied and developed,in which vast excavated soils and hydraulic fill clayey soils with high water content are fully used in place of the conventional rockfill materials.New protective materials for the embankments with soilbags are also developed by use of dredged marine sand,low temperature clinker cement and a combined superplasticizer consisting of copolymer and condensate type water reducers.The engineering properties of the soilbags and the protective materials are analyzed through experiments,and the corresponding construction technology is developed so as to solve the technical problem of shortage of rockfill materials in the coastal development and to protect the environment in coastal areas.
