面向市场的土地资源管理专业人才培养体系研究

Study on the System for Market-orient Talent Cultivation in Land Resource Management Major

Along with the arrival of popular education of higher-education in China , graduates employment has be-come a hot social issue .Took the promotion of employed ability of the student into consideration ,this study puts for-ward a trinity system for market-orient talent cultivation in Land Resource Management Major based on massive in-vestigation .The ideological education subsystem makes the student build up market-orient employment conscious-ness,change major study and the general employment ability training from passiveness to initiative .The curriculum and revision subsystem improves the professional structure ,enhances practice training ,and promotes major teaching ability.The employment ability cultivation subsystem cultivates comprehensively students ＇employment ability , strengthens students＇employment competitive power and following development ability .
