“预期陷阱”的形成与社会资金投入的引导

中国农业基础设施建设应走在农业发展的前头。但由于资金的缺乏,基础设施建设无法跟上中国农业经济的发展的步伐。增加企业、外资、个人等社会资金对于农业基础设施建设的投入力度已成为解决这一难题的重要突破口。针对投资过程中笋遍存在着“预期陷阱”这一经济现象,可通过制定最惠政策,提高投资保障,扩大宣传影响。促进投资意识等措施消除“预期陷阱”,增大社会资金投入。

On the Form of Anticipated Trap and the Social Fund Investment

In China,the construction of agriculture infrastructure should be given priority over the agriculture development.However,owing to a shortage of funds,the infrastructure construction is unable to meet the needs of the agriculture development.The only way out is to increase the investment,which can be from enterprise,foreign capital and individual.While during the investment,a phenomenon called"anticipated trap"spread widely.This article tries to figure out the relationship between investment and"anticipated trap".Meanwhile,it also analyzes some main factors that lead to this phenomenon.What's more,this article provides some advice on how to prevent this phenomenon,such as providing correct investment information,changing stereotyped thought,making preferential policies,guaranteeing investment security,and raising investment awareness.
