| 摘 要： | “十一五”时期是湖北全面建设小康社会，建设“和谐湖北”，率先实现“中部崛起”的关键阶段。湖北省落实科学的发展观，必须结合湖北实际。在农业现代化上，要把农业增效和农民增收结合起来，制定我省农业现代化总的指导原则和发展重点。
