浅谈建筑工程监理行为的博弈

建筑工程建设过程中的监理行为对于建筑工程质量的提高,促进建筑行业的进一步良性发展有着重要的作用,但是与世界发达国家相比,我国目前的建筑工程监理制度还不完善。故本文从博弈论的观点出发,分别阐述了建筑工程中监理单位参与的主体行为,以及监理单位和承包商两者之间的博弈模型和业主、监理单位、承包商三者之间在寻租行为下的博弈模型,并就以上几个方面,进行分析总结,提出一些有效提高建筑工程质量方面的建议。

Simple Discussion on the Game of Construction Project Supervision Behaviour

Supervision behaviour in the construction project process plays an important role for the improvement of construction project quality and the future healthy development of construction industry. Compared with that of the developed countries, China＇s present construction project system is still not perfect. Starting from the point of game theory, the paper elaborates the body behavior of supervision unit＇s participation in construction project and the game model of supervision unit and the contractor and the game model under the rent-seeking behavior among the owner, supervision unit and the contractor. Basing on the ＇above mentioned aspects, the paper analyzes and summarizes them and puts forward some effective suggestions for the improving of construction project quality.
