| 摘 要： | 以昆山市工业企业用地利用调查数据为依据，选取相应的评价指标体系，应用统计分析法和特尔菲法，构建评价模型并确定指标权重，对工业内部不同10行业规模以上企业用地进行土地集约利用程度定量化评价。根据定量化评价结果并结合昆山市实际情况提出产业调整和提高土地集约利用的途径与措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the land use data of industrial field in Kunshan city ,the main concern of this paper is devoted to appraise to land use intensification of industrial field. In the middle of study, all industrial companies are classed to 18 sorts. Considering to data applicability, the paper select 10 sorts industries to analyze land use intensification. The appraise indictors are selected,statistical analysis method is applied, the appraise model is set up and the indictor weights are established. According to the result of land use intensification assessment,the approaches and measures of industry adjustment and land use intensification in industrial field are presented combined with its practicality situation. |
