油气管道焊接技术及其发展前景

阐述了油气管道的焊接的特点及焊接质量对管道安全运行的重要性，国内外管道焊接现状，西气东输工程情况等；分析了管道焊接前景。指出，根据国情，自保护半自动应占有相当的位置，对于大直径、大壁厚管道，应大力推广应用；双联管焊接技术在条件允许的情况下应推广应用；双头气体保护焊宜加紧研究并推广应用。

The Welding Technology of Oil and Gas Pipeline and Its Development Prospect

The following aspects are explained in the paper, which include the welding characteristics of oil and gas pipelines, the importance of welding quality to the safety operation of pipelines, the status of pipeline welding at home and abroad and the situation of western natural gas to east project. Then the prospect of pipeline welding is analyzed. It is pointed out that according to our national situation, automatic and half-automatic protection should account for a considerable proportion, and the pipelines with the big diameter and thick wall should be popularized and applied. At the same time, the welding technology of dual pipelines should be spread and used when the condition permitting. Finally, it is suggested that double-end gas protective welding need further research and popularization.
