Wolfowitz had been the focus of Chinesepublic attention for his anti Saddam, who was Vice Minister of National Defense, USA. Wolfowitz is the descendant of Jew, Poland, and he had come through the four governments under Carter, Reagan, elder Bush and Bush. Recently, Wolfowitz visited China as the new President of WB, and put forward his viewpoints on China economic development and poverty reduction.
