后配额时代中国纺织品贸易发展问题探讨

根据<纺织品和服装协议>,从2005年1月1日开始,WTO成员国正式取消全部纺织品配额,中国纺织品贸易同样会面临新的机遇与挑战.为此,后配额时代,中国纺织品企业既要加强WTO条款的研究与运用,利用国际组织和国际惯例,维护纺织品和服装出口利益,又要寻求各种办法以规避贸易摩擦的风险.更重要的是完善企业、行业自身,转变增长模式,增加科技投入,最终实现从中国制造向中国品牌、从世界加工厂向时尚策源地的转变.

On the Development of Chinese Textile Trade in Post-quota Era

According to "the Textile and Clothing Agreement", on January 1, 2005, the members of WTO started to cancel the all textile quota officially. Chinese textile trade will face a brand new development era, the new opportunities and challenges too. Therefore, in the post-quota era, the Chinese textile enterprises must not only strengthen the research and utilization of WTO's terms, make use of the international organization to maintain the textile and clothing export benefits, but also seek each means to avoid the risk of trade disputes and conflicts. It's most important for the enterprises and industries to improve themselves, transform the growth pattern, increase the technological investment, and so that finally realizes the transformation from " made in China" to the Chinese brand and from the world manufacturing factory to the fashion origin place.
