西宁青海湖格尔木的空气微生物含量

摘    要:用平皿沉降法对西宁、青海湖和格尔木的空气微生物含量作测定,分别检测出三地各自平均的空气细菌、真菌、总菌含量、真菌检出率、真菌与总菌量的比率。文章分析了三地空气微生物指标的时空分布状态及其起因,指明必须提高环境保护意识,加强包括空气微生物状况在内的环境监控。根据地理学和生态学特点,安排好生产和生活,有望扭转恶化中的空气环境和提高空气质量。

Abstract:The content of air-borne microbes above Xining, Qianghai Lake, and Geermu has been determined by using the method of gravity plate, obtaining air-borne bacteria, funguses, total content of bacteria, detection rate of air-borne funguses, and the rate of funguses and total amount of microbes in those three spots. Based on an analysis of spatial and temporal distribution of air-borne microbial indexes and their causes, this paper points out that it is necessary to strengthen awareness of environmental protection and to enhance environmental monitoring including air-borne microbial condition.
