浅析旧工业建筑改造中内侧墙面的处理技术

旧工业建筑改造的使用质量及处理技术已经引起设计、施工、维修改造各个环节的重视。陕西钢厂轧钢车间为单层工业厂房,拟改造作为室内运动场馆,其墙体较高、内侧墙面污染严重、粘结力差的实际情况,采用现场试验方法,摸索用粉刷石膏对内侧墙面进行处理的施工工艺,并对粉刷石膏与其他处理方法进行了技术经济等各方面的比较,证明该方法实用可行。
