Abstract: | A random sample of 104 from 411 litigated cases was analyzed to discern whether certain case characteristics can predict case outcomes of noncompete agreements signed by employees. Significant univariate analyses enabled the construction of a logit model to predict such outcomes. Suggestions for employment practices from the employer's perspective are also presented. |
