信息化对我国就业的影响与对策研究

摘    要:推进信息化是各国公认的促进经济增长的举措,但信息化对就业是一把“双刃剑”。本文分析了信息化对我国就业的影响,并提出了使信息化和就业协调发展的对策。我国二十多年来就业弹性系数一直下降,说明信息化时代的就业增补效应不足,应采取措施增强我国的就业增补效应。我国的就业产业结构符合配第-克拉克定理,信息业成为拉动我国就业的主要力量,人力资本对我国就业的重要性也日益凸显,应大力发展信息产业,并同时加强人力资本投资。

Abstract:Informatization is a widely accepted measure which can promote economic development, but its effects on employment is two-sided. Chinese employment elasticity has fallen all time. The phenomena shows supplement effects of informatization on employment are insufficient, we need to do something to swell them. Chinese industrial structure of employment accords with Petty-Clark's thesis, labor of information industries becomes the largest part of employment, the importance of human capital also becomes more and more great, we should develop information industries to improve employment, and develop our education.
