| 摘 要： | 提出了一个如何评价油气勘探开发投资绩效的问题，并根据油气勘探、开发投资的特性及投资绩效评价指标的选择原则，并辅以单位勘探成本、单位开发成本两个指标进行比较和分析，阐明了采用单位勘探开发成本作为主要评价指标以替代目前油田企业沿用多年的旧指标的依据。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward an important topic about how to evaluate the investment performance in oil-gas exploration and development. Based on the selection principles of evaluation indicators for the oil-gas exploration,the characteristics of development and investment,and the investment performance,and aided with two indicators of unit exploration cost and unit development cost for analysis and comparison,this paper further describes the basis for taking unit exploration cost as main evaluation indicator in stead of the existing old indicator that has been adopted by oil-field enterprises for many years. |
