摘    要:随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,市场竞争不断加剧,国内企业受到来自国内和国际市场的巨大压力,为了在激烈的市场竞争中争取主动,越来越多的企业,特别是国有企业开始重视企业战略研究,本文即以上海石油化工股份有限公司(以下简称上海石化)为研究对象,对上海石化的外部环境,资源和能力进行详细分析,在此基础上提出了上海石化公司的战略,竞争战略和国际化经营战略。

Abstract:With the steady improvement of socialist market economic system and the continuous intensification of market competitions,domestic enterprises have suffered great pressure from market at home and abroad For taking the initiative in keen market competitions,more and more enterprises,especially the state owned enterprises,begin to pay great attention to the research of enterprise's business strategy With the Shanghai Petrochemical Co ,Ltd (SPC) as research object,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the external environment,resources and ability of SPC,and puts forward accordingly the company's strategy,competitive strategy and international business strategy
