| Abstract: | This paper introduces the management model of"development intension"pushed in SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited (SPC) since the shareholding system was carried out in the company. The core of this model consists of pushing "responsibility system of analog market and target profit",walking the road of intensive management and operation,strengthening enterprise's administration,and deepening the construction of the basic units. Based on that,the reform of three big systems,i.e. the systems of business divisions,sales and supply,and scientific research and development,is promoted. |
