成本是衡量企业竞争能力的一个关键指标，降低成本是国际石油公司普遍采用的发展战略，也是中国石化集团成功上市的主要因素，作为石化集团所属的上游企业应积极实施低成本战略，不断降低油气成本，提高自身的竞争力。因此从生产实际出发，通过与国外油气成本水平的对比分析，提出了油田控制成本的途径、方法和若干建议。

Comparative Analysis of Oil & Gas Cost at Home and Abroad and Discussion on Control Method of Oilfield Cost

Cost is a key factor to weigh up the enterprise's competitiveness.Trying to reduce the cost is a development strategy generally used by international petroleum corporations, also the main factor resulting in the SINOPECto have been successfully a listed company. The upstream enterprises, which are affiliated with SINOPEC, should actively carry out the low cost strategy, continuously reduce the oil and gas cost, and improve their own competitiveness. Starting from the production practice, this paper proposes the ways, methods, and several suggestions for the cost control of oilfield through the analysis and comparison with foreign oil and gas cost level.
