住院心血管疾病患者血糖监测分析

目的监测心血管疾病患者（包括合并糖尿病及单纯性心血管疾病患者）的血糖,找出血糖变化的规律,指导医护人员对患者进行提前干预、及时治疗和健康知识教育,提高医疗护理安全.方法对入院患者进行凌晨、早餐前、早餐后、午餐前、午餐后、晚餐前、晚餐后、睡前八个时间段的血糖检测,共搜集血糖数据4803个,并统计分析血糖数据.结果发生高血糖最多的时段依次为晚餐前（74.9%）、午餐前（74.8%）和早餐后（72.7%）,而发生低血糖最多的时段为午餐前（4.8%）和凌晨（4.3%）.结论早餐后、午餐前、晚餐前及凌晨是血糖异常的多发时段.在这几个时段里,护士应加强患者血糖的检测及病情观察,及时处理,把血糖控制在合理的范围内.

Analysis of Blood Glucose of Hospitalized Patients with Cardiovascular Disease

Objective Monitoring of patients with cardiovascular disease （including diabetes mellitus and simple cardiovascular disease） of glucose, Find out the blood glucose change rule, guide the medical staff to patients for early intervention, treatment and health education, improve the medical and nursing safety. Methods On admission to hospital patients, early morning before breakfast, after the breakfast, lunch, after lunch, before before dinner, after dinner, before going to bed eight hours blood glucose testing, blood glucose data were collected in 4803, and the statistical methods to analyze blood glucose data. Results Hyperglycemia occurring in most periods before dinner （74.9%）, before lunch （74.8%） and after breakfast （72.7%）, and most of the time slots for hypoglycemia before lunch （4.8%） and （4.3%） the morning. Conclusion After breakfast, lunch, dinner is in the morning before before and glucose abnormalities in multiple times.During this period,the nurse should strengthen the patients blood glucose detection and observation,timely treatment, the blood glucose control in the reasonable scope.
