| 摘 要： | 海域定级是采用定性与定量相结合的方法，对特定海域质量进行综合评定并使其等级化的过程。通过借鉴土地等资产评估已成熟的理论与方法，对海域定级原则、程序及方法进行初步探讨，为科学划分不同类型用海级别奠定基础。
