| 摘 要： | 实施振兴东北老工业基地战略，党中央将时代发展的机遇又一次赋予了东北地区。辽宁省应以此契机振兴工业的同时，大力发展现代农业，提高农产品的竞争力，进而实现农业及国民经济的全面振兴。文章采用综合比较优势指数法和贸易竞争指数法分析了实施振兴老工业基地三年来，辽宁省农产品的竞争力状况，最后，提出了提高辽宁省农产品竞争力的对策建议。 |
