| 摘 要： | 借鉴西方学者对利益相关者研究和我国学者对企业利益相关者的研究,以安徽省九华山风景区为例开展实证研究。结果表明,九华山风景区居民的利益要求有参与管理、文化教育、改善经济、提升景区档次、加强环保5类;而且居民对这5类利益要求的重视程度依次增强以及不同居民的利益要求存在一定差异。
