| 摘 要： | 红三角旅游区在湖南红色旅游发展格局中处于龙头地位,韶山、花明楼和乌石三地旅游合作的协调发展事关湖南红色旅游发展大局。在对红三角旅游区旅游产业发展与旅游景区建设的实地调研与利益方座谈会的基础上,明确红三角旅游应该以红色旅游为主攻方向,构建多彩红三角旅游目的地形象;实施政府主导的环境优化、项目建设的区域带动、以点带面的地区联动、时序推进的持续发展和市场需求的多色互动等五大发展战略;按照"一个中心、三个板块、九大景区"的总体布局,做好总体规划、搭建信息平台、建设旅游产业园、理顺管理体制、开发专题产品、举办旅游节事等战略性举措来促进红三角红色旅游可持续发展。
