基于就业结构视角的湖南产业结构动态演变分析

基于产业结构演变理论,重点对湖南三次产业产值结构、就业结构与产值结构等层面分阶段进行横、纵向对比分析,得出湖南产业结构演变历程基本符合世界产业结构演进的一般规律,产业结构渐趋合理,但与相邻省份广东相比,存在第一产业比重过高,产值结构与就业结构非均衡性更为严重等问题。探讨问题产生的原因后针对性地提出产业结构优化对策。
