山西沼气模式链区域适宜性分析

摘    要:沼气模式链反映了产业之间的物流、能流循环关系,是推进循环农业发展的重要研究内容。研究首先对山西沼气模式链的现状进行剖析,其次,针对存在问题结合山西不同区域的资源、生态、经济特征,提出采用"区域资源条件+区域生态环境因素+区域农业主导功能"指标体系对沼气模式链进行适宜性评价。该方法引入"区域农业主导功能"的指标,能更好地体现循环农业的资源、环境、经济相融合的发展目标。区域资源条件选择温度、太阳辐射总量、年秸秆产量、年畜禽粪尿排泄量等指标;区域生态环境因素选择盆地、丘陵、山地等反映地貌特征的指标;区域农业主导功能则选择农产品供给功能、就业与生活保障功能、生态调节功能、文化传承与休闲功能等指标。通过分析,将山西省划分为晋南盆地丘陵循环农业区、晋东南及晋中丘陵盆地循环农业区、晋北大同忻定盆地循环农业区、晋西北风沙治理循环农业区、晋西黄土丘陵水土保持循环农业区、太行中条山生态保护循环农业区六大循环农业区。最后,阐述了各区的农业生产特征和所选取模式,确定实施政策扶持、技术创新、多元筹资的保障措施。

Abstract:Biogas model chain reflected the circular relationship of logistics and energy flow, which is important for promoting circular agriculture development. In this study, biogas model chain of Shanxi province was firstly ana-lyzed. Secondly, aiming at the existing problems, and combining with the resource, ecology and economic charac-teristics of Shanxi Province, the index system of′biogas regional suitability + regional ecological environmental ele-ments + dominant functional orientation of regional agriculture′was adopted to evaluate the suitability of the biogas model chain. This approach introduced the indicator of′dominant functional orientation of regional agriculture′which reflected the development goals of resources, environment, economic integration of circular agriculture. For regional resource conditions, the temperature, amount of solar radiation, the annual production of straw, animal manure ex-cretion were selected as indicators. For regional ecological factors, basin, hills, mountains and others were selected as indicators that reflected the geomorphic features. For regional agricultural dominant function, agricultural supply functions, employment and livelihood security, ecological regulation functions, cultural heritage and recreational functions and others were selected as indicators. This paper divided Shanxi province into six circular agricultural re-gions:South Shanxi province basin hills circular agricultural region, Southeast Shanxi province and Middle Shanxi province hilly basin circular agricultural region, basin circular agricultural region of Datong city and Xinding city in North Shanxi, sand control circular agricultural region of Northwest Shanxi province, soil and water conservation of loess hilly region circular agricultural region of West Shanxi province, and ecological protective circular agricultural region of Zhongtiao Moutain in Taihang area. Finally, it elaborated the production characteristics and models select-ed for each region, and determined the implementation of policy support, technological innovation, pluralistic fi-nancing safeguards.
