中国创业板企业女性董事对企业技术创新影响的实证研究

女性董事是我国董事会中普遍存在的现象，女性董事成员的增加也会给企业技术创新带来一定的影响。以中国创业板303家上市公司为样本实证分析女性董事对企业技术创新带来的影响，研究结果发现：女性董事对技术创新存在显著负相关关系；进一步将女性董事区分为女性独立董事和女性非独立董事，发现女性非独立董事对企业技术创新影响较大，显著负相关，而女性独立董事对企业技术创新没有显著影响。

An Empirical Study of the Impact from Female Directors to the Enterprise Technology Innovation of Chinese GEM Companies

Female directors in company is a common phenomenon in our country, the increase of female directors will also bring some certain influence to the enterprise. The empirical analysis of the female directors on the impact of enterprise technology innovation are based on the data of Chinese 303 GEM companies, the results indicate that: female directors of technology innovation have a significant negative correlation relationship;futher reveals primarily female executive directors have influence the technology innovation of the enterprises after dividing female directors into independent and executive types, and have a significant negative correlation, while independent female directors have no significance with the enterprise technology innovation.
