| 摘 要： | 文章根据煤炭产业特征并借鉴相关评价模型对"钻石模型"加以改进,运用改进模型对河南省煤炭产业竞争力的各因素进行了分析并得出结论:河南省煤炭产业竞争力主要来源于交通优势、技术创新等因素.提升河南煤炭产业竞争力应注重加强地质勘测工作.加大勘查力度.加快煤炭企业兼并重组和改革;制定符合市场要求的法律法规.继续加强中小煤矿的整合.进一步加强煤电联营、钢铁企业入股煤炭以及多元化经营战略的实施;推进科技进步和改革,增强企业的自主创新能力.

| Abstract: | The paper refines the Diamond Model based on characteristics of coal industry and by referring to relevant evaluation models and applies the improved model to analyze factors of competitiveness of Henan coal industry and draw a conclusion that the biggest competitiveness of Henan coal industry comes from traffic advantage and technical innovation.
