To construct a learning school is by the greatest extent beneficial to the exertion of the individual potentials of teachers and staffs and the realization of the common vision for an individual and a school.It is presently necessary to study and understand the management concept of the learning organization,make our thoughts unified,establish the effective operational mechanism and incentive mechanism and promote teachers and staffs in a school to have sustainable study ability that could be shifted to the sustainable creativity.
